JustWithMe observes §2257 of Code 18 of the USA and its provisions. Even if the owners, the managers and operators on this web site platform are not the initial producer (as the term is defined in § 75.1(c) (2) of the Federal Provisions Code 28) on whatever web site platform with visual contents, JustWithMe supports and voluntarily observes Sections 2257 and 28 of the Federal Provisions Code part 75.

The contents of JustWithMe may include also a wide assortment of materials, which are independently produced, created and privately forwarded by and among the registered adult web site platform hosts and members. The persons who are displayed as hosts of JustWithMe create and produce autonomously all their pictures, clips and others. JustWithMe does not create, does not digitalize, upload, install, modify, or edit any pictures and movies which are displayed on the web site platform. In fulfilling its obligations under §2257 of Code 18 of the USA, JustWithMe relies on the well justified decision of the US Court of Appeal for the Tenth Court Division in Sundance Associates, Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804, 808 (10th Div. 1998), which decided that units that do not participate in the "renting, contracting, management or in any other way in the organization of the participation" of models and artists, are exonerated from the requirements to keep records by virtue of § 2257 Code 18 of the USA.

However, JustWithMe may keep copies of pictures, video clips and texts regarding the age status of the participants who have uploaded materials with sexual contents on the web site platform. JustWithMe shall not concede these records to third parties except for the legal authorities of the USA or to representatives appointed by them or if this is required by virtue of the law.

The personnel which is qualified in the observation of the law, and which contacts our legal department, may have access to the scanned, sent and preserved documents of all participants who appear in JustWithMe.
