As a main rule, when you use our service in Internet, there are only two types of information about you that we are allowed to collect:
JustWithMe shall collect information about you as hosts in order to identify your identity, (including, but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or combination of data which may be used in order to identify you, such as date of birth, postal code, sex), when you provide it to us voluntarily or when you authorize our access to it.
For you - the members of JustWithMe, you need to provide the payment system with information about your name, address, e-mail address and information about your credit card. The system shall preserve the information about your credit card and all other data which are necessary for this type of payment. This payment company may also provide us with certain information.
Everywhere on our web site platform, where information about the identity is required, it will be clearly marked where either obligatory or optional information is required.
In case the information regarding your identity shall be modified, including the e-mail address, or in case you no longer need our service, you may update or deactivate your information. If you are a host or member, you may do so by sending us an e-mail containing your information to our Clients Assistance Department at e-mail address: customersupport@justwithme.com
JustWithMe may require information which proves your identity through your personal correspondence via email address. In all these cases this information is collected in order to help us solve certain issues, submitted by the users (hosts and members), and/or allow us to contact the users (hosts and members), providing them with adequate answers.
We shall not disclose any information with regard to your identity, such as your e-mail address, except if it turns to be necessary to observe the legislation in force or within legal proceedings that are in force (which may include perquisition warranties, court decisions or provides assistance to the court authorities within the inquest stage of criminal deeds that may have possibly been committed), or, if the disclosure to the bank, which has issued your credit card may help us prove the legitimacy of the charge in the credit card. Our business, as well as the internet world as a whole, is quite dynamic and this may lead to a situation in which we may sell part of or the whole business of ours. In that case, we may need to transfer all the information kept by us to the respective third party.
We shall have the right to disclose information about you - the participants to the companies and sites with which we collaborate, as well as to our suppliers who shall be authorized to use that information solely in order to provide their services to you, to us and to our associates.
The information can be granted to third parties in statistical form, but without any possibility that your identity may be identified.
The security of your personal data is important for us. When the members file in sensitive information (such as a credit card number of) during the registration or templates, the payment system shall code that information, by using a special security technology (SSL) and in that way we shall exchange the information between each other.
We observe the commonly accepted standards in order to protect the information that has been sent by you, including your e-mail address, both during its sending and after our receiving it. No way of sending through internet or way of electronic storage is 100% safe. Therefore, even if we put significant efforts to use commercially acceptable ways to protect your personal data, we can not guarantee the absolute security of it.
If we decide to modify our privacy Policy, we will also announce these modifications to the present privacy statement within other spaces, which we consider as suitable in order to inform you what kind of information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if necessary, we disclose it.
We preserve our right to introduce modifications to the present privacy statement at any time, so you are kindly asked to check it regularly. In case we introduce significant modifications in the policy or in the way, in which we treat your personal data, such as your e-mail address, we shall inform you here, via e-mail or through message that shall be placed on your home page.
